Commitment to Safety, Security, Equality, Diversity and Academic Achievement
ISI Programmes aim to provide an inclusive environment that promotes equality, values diversity, and fosters a working, learning, and social atmosphere where the rights and dignity of all staff and students are respected, enabling them to reach their full potential.
The Cambridge Security Initiative (CSi) is committed to treating everyone with dignity and respect.
Bullying and harassment will not be tolerated whether on or off College premises, including interactions with visitors. This policy applies to all individuals involved with CSi, including Trustees, staff, academics, professional associates, and delegates. Bullying and harassment are considered to be serious disciplinary offences and should be reported in confidence and at the earliest opportunity to CSi’s Operations Manager or a Programme Director.
ISI students acknowledge that they have a duty not to discriminate against, victimise, or harass other students, members of staff, or visitors, whether junior or senior to them.
Similarly, all ISI students shall conduct themselves in an appropriate manner towards College staff, students (prospective, current and former) and visitors who are not directly connected to the Programme.
CSi regards any breach of this policy by an employee, student or visitor connected to the ISI Programmes as a serious matter which may result in disciplinary action.
